How do I register for Leadership Conference?

1. Navigate back to the home page. Go ahead and login with the email you used to register.
2. Select “My Agenda” in the top right navigation bar.
3. Select “Remove from Schedule” for the sessions you wish to change.
4. OR click “Add additional talks” for the complete list of sessions. Then select “Add to my schedule”.


How do I add new sessions if I didn’t select them when I registered?

1. Navigate back to the home page. Go ahead and login with the email you used to register.
2. Select “My Agenda” in the top right navigation bar.
3. Click “Add additional talks” for the complete list of sessions. Then select “Add to my schedule”.

How do I get into my chosen sessions?

1. Login to the Leadership Conference.
2. Navigate to the "My Agenda" page.
3. Click into the session you wish to attend, scroll down until you see one of the following:
       1. "You're booked in to see this breakout session!" (this message will change once the session goes live)
       2. Button saying "WATCH NOW" (clicking this will take you into the session)

Are the keynote sessions part of all the ticket packages?

Yes, our keynote sessions are the most popular options and they are available for all ticket purchasers. Make sure you select all the keynotes along with your other breakout sessions. For 3-session or 6-session ticket holders, the keynotes do count as part of your total sessions.

I have the 3-session or 6-session ticket. Do the keynote sessions count as part of my total sessions?

If you chose the keynote sessions, they will count as part of your total sessions.


I have a Full Conference ticket but I don’t see all the sessions (including completed sessions) in My Agenda.

1. Login to the Leadership Conference.
2. Navigate to the "My Agenda" page.
3. Click “+ Add Additional Sessions” button. This will navigate you to the “Agenda” page.
4. From this page, check the “Include completed” box. All previous sessions should appear.
5. Click “Watch Replay” to view completed sessions.

Why am I being asked to pay again?

Make sure you're logged in.
1. Login to the Leadership Conference.
2. Navigate to the "My Agenda" page.

By logging in, the system will recognize you. If you are a 3-session or 6-session ticket holder and have watched all of your allotted number of sessions, you will be required to upgrade your ticket to view additional sessions. To upgrade your ticket, please follow the next steps below (dependent on your ticket type).


How do I upgrade from a 3-session to a 6-session ticket?

1. Please email at [email protected] with the subject line “Upgrading ticket”. Let us know the following:
       a. You would like a refund on the original ticket.
       b. The email associated with the ticket.

2. We’ll process the refund immediately.
3. You can proceed to purchase the upgrade.


How do I upgrade from a 6-session ticket to a Full Conference ticket?

1. Please email at [email protected] with the subject line “Upgrading ticket - Leadership Conference”. Let us know the following:
       a. You would like a refund on the original ticket.
       b. The email associated with the ticket.

2. We’ll process the refund immediately.
3. You can proceed to purchase the upgrade.


Can I buy tickets for someone else?

1. Enter a unique email for each attendee and complete the registration.
2. The receipt and all information will be sent to the attendee’s email.
3. Remind them to login to www.hawaiibusiness.com/LC2021 and select their sessions.


How do I register multiple attendees?

1. Enter first attendee's email.
2. Select a session. Note: Attendees will be able to go back and revise their schedule at any time.
3. Enter first attendee's information.
4. You may use a credit card from a different cardholder to complete the registration.
5. Repeat the same process for the rest of the attendees.
        a. You will need to log out of the registered attendee to start the registration process over.
        b. The receipt and login instructions will be sent to the email entered during registration, not to the cardholder.


Why do I have to enter multiple attendees separately?

1. An attendee's email address is the unique identifier used by the platform to differentiate between participants.


I registered for the Conference, but I am not receiving email notifications. How do I access my sessions?

1. Login to the Leadership Conference.
2. Navigate to the "My Agenda" page.
3. Click into the session you wish to attend, scroll down until you see one of the following:
        1. "You're booked in to see this breakout session!" (this message will change once the session goes live)
        2. Button saying "WATCH NOW" (clicking this will take you into the session)


Who can I contact if I am having trouble connecting on the day of the event?

I never received a confirmation that I was registered for the Conference. What can I do?

1. Please double check your junk mailbox to make sure your firewall isn’t blocking messages coming from our Conference platform HeySummit.
       a. If you don’t see it in your junk mailbox please email us at [email protected].

2. If you use an iCal or a Google Calendar, there is another option.
       a. Navigate back to www.hawaiibusiness.com/LC2021 login with the email you registered with.
       b. Select “My Agenda” in the top right navigation bar.
       c. Select “Add to iCal” or “Add to Google Calendar” for each session.
       d. On the day of the event you can click the link to join the session.


Are all the sessions going to be recorded?

Yes, all the sessions will be recorded and stored on the Leadership Conference website until September 30, 2021. Important note: the session recordings are only included in the "Full Conference" ticket. 


How soon after the sessions will attendees be able to view the recording?

The recordings will be available within 6 hours after each session for attendees with Full Conference tickets.
