Dawn Lippert is CEO of Elemental Excelerator, a non-profit investor on a mission to redesign the systems at the root of climate change. Since 2009, Elemental has invested in over 100 companies and Elemental portfolio companies have gone on to raise over $2B in funding. Dawn also serves as the Director of Innovation and Community at Emerson Collective, the investment and philanthropic platform led by Laurene Powell Jobs. She is a recipient of the 2020 UN Global Climate Action Award, the 2015 C3E Award from the US Department of Energy, and is a 2019 Grist 50 Fixer. She is also a board member of Climate Real Impact Solutions II, a climate-focused special-purpose acquisition company.
