About this speaker
Rachel James is an attorney on the Commission Counsel team at the Hawai‘i Public Utilities Commission. She also serves her community as a member of the Advisory Board for the Pasty T. Mink Center for Business and Leadership, and as Vice President of the Board of Directors for the Hawai‘i People’s Fund. In 2021, Rachel was named one of Hawaii Business Magazine's 20 for the Next 20.
